15 lambics minimum 
3 hours of tasting

I ask participants to arrive at least 20 minutes early.
I recommend having eaten beforehand; there will be only bread during the tasting to limit saturation of the taste buds.
Please do not use strong perfumes or deodorants just before the tasting.
Finally, out of respect for the other participants, I ask you not to share any of the beers from the tasting in public before the end of each day.
