General Sales Conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy for Tasting Tickets
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of tickets for tasting events organized by Lambic Experience. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to these terms without reservation.
Ticket Sale
Tickets for tasting events are sold on our ticketing platform Lambic Experience and may be purchased subject to availability. Tickets are not assigned to a specific person, allowing the buyer to transfer them to a third party. The organizer is not responsible for exchanges between participants.
Non-Refundable Conditions
As a general rule, tickets are non-refundable. However, the following conditions may be exceptions:
Force Majeure Cancellation
If the event is canceled by the organizer due to a force majeure event (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions due to a pandemic, etc.), participants will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer may be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price or a rescheduling of the tasting, depending on the available options.
Minimum Attendance Not Met
If the minimum number of participants, set at 70% of the total tickets available, is not reached, the event may be canceled. In this case, participants will receive a full refund.
Ticket Exchange or Transfer
Tickets are transferable to a third party. The buyer may transfer their ticket to another person at no additional cost. The organizer is not responsible for exchanges between participants but recommends notifying any changes in name or holder for organizational purposes.
Cancellation or Modifications by the Participant
In the case of cancellation by the participant, no refund will be issued. However, it is possible to transfer or exchange the ticket with another person. No changes to the ticket (such as date, location, or participants) will be made by the organizer after the sale.
Organizer's Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible for material or bodily damage occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the organizer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the organizer's location will have jurisdiction.
