In each city, there will be two different private tastings for a group of up to 30 people, featuring 15 different lambics, mainly from the Cantillon, 3f, and Tilquin breweries.

The format will be the same in each city.A Lambic Experience is not a collection of rare beers, but there are many unusual beers and beers that are over 10 years old.The tasting lasts two hours, and in each city, after each tasting, we will enjoy a special selection of wild beers...

The choice of cities is unusual, but it's also a way for me to reconnect with old friends :

• Chicago at Chris Quinn's excellent bar, The Beer Temple, on January 14 and 15, 2026
• Madison, Tennessee, at Yazoo Brewing Company, to see my friend Brandon Jones, a non lambic fan! on January 17, 2026
• Washington, D.C., at Greg Engert's The Sovereign, where I will have the pleasure of seeing Franklin Sivac again, who worked at Moeder Lambic in Brussels, on January 19 and 20, 2026
• NYC* at Alewife Brewing, the tap room of my old friends Roz & Patrick Donagher, on January 21 and, if there is enough demand, on January 22.
  

*NYC - Update : Unfortunately, my old friend Patrick Donagher had to cease his activities at Alewife at the end of 2025. This is yet another sign that the craft beer world is going through a difficult period.
The two tastings will still take place, but in Manhattan, at Beer Authority, which has kindly agreed to host us for these two tastings.
